Words cannot describe how awful I feel about the loss of AJ.  I have so many fond memories of Andy that just keep replaying in my mind.  This is especially difficult since I have now lost two of my travelling lunch buddies.  Every day (for 2 years), me, Andy, Bob Sandelin (AKA Boobo) would head out in the car for a two hour lunch,  We traveled far and wide to find the best burgers, dogs, beefs, or sub sanwhiches around (even some visits to the Shimp Boat in Des Plaines and Frankly Yours way over by Forest View HS).  Sometime we would be joined by Mark Sopchyk or Adam Grosch or others but Andy and Bob were there all of the time!

When Andy was around we always had fun!

All I can think of is that Boobo had a cold beer and a deck of poker cards in his hands waiting for AJ to show up!

What a shame that, like Bob, AJ is gone way to soon.  He will be missed!

Rest In Peace AJ

Sadfully Signed,

Ken Peluso

Andy Myers, my first love.  My heart is broken, my eyes swollen with tears. I can't believe you are gone.  The first memorial I wrote was lost so I'm writing it again but it is even harder now.  The phone call I got from Florida was shocking. The news you were going to die was unimaginable. The text that you had passed away Sunday morning hard to bear. Two days later I saw your beautiful face in the obituary and I broke down.  My heart aches. I search for answers. You taught me how to live, laugh and love. I will never forget your smile, the sparkle in your eyes, your sense of humor. You will forever be in my memories Andy Myers, You will forever be in my heart. Rest in Peace my dear friend, Rest in Peace.
