Steven is survived by his fiancée, Jessica Rainey of Mount Vernon, Illinois; daughters, Sindy Kloepping of Freeport, Illinois, Danielle Desjardins of Mount Vernon, Illinois, Sydney Bockhol and husband, Adam of Centralia, Illinois, Jodi Starr of Centralia, Illinois; son, Brandon Leneave and wife, Samantha of Bluford, Illinois; sisters, Stephanie Thomas of Imperial, Missouri, Stacey Talbot and husband, Todd of Panama City, Florida; nephews, Neal Capps of Imperial, Missouri, Alex Capps of Juneau, Alaska; and five grandchildren.
