Dear Class of "72,
I want to thank you so much for the honor you bestowed upon Judy Mills, American Studies, and me in your gift to the Mountain Brook High School Library. I wish that I had been able to get in touch with Mary Gillespie because I know that she would have really appreciated it, too. For those of you we were privileged to teach, I must say that I was thrilled to be with you a "few" years after that experience.
