Ronald "Ron" Watkins, 66, of Plum, died at home after an extended illness on Friday, Dec. 20, 2024. Son of the late Peggy and Ronald Watkins. Beloved husband of Anita (Scalise) Watkins. Loving father of Stephanie (fiance, Nikolas Sekerka) Watkins and Dylan Watkins. Pap-Pap of Declan, Oakley, and one on the way. Brother of Pat (late Mark) O'Toole and Kim (Mark) Yuhas. Also survived by eight nephews and 12 nieces. "Watt" will be deeply missed by his family and friends and his buddies, Strick, Smitty, Ronnie, and Micky. He also leaves behind his beloved dog, Val. Ron was an avid bodybuilder in his earlier years, loved music, especially Bruce Springsteen, and was a former U.S. Steelworker and loved watching the Pittsburgh Steelers.
