Jon passed away on Saturday, October 11, 2014. He had an aggressive form of cancer. John also lived many years after a kidney transplant. He was a major organizer of our class 45th reunion and broke his artificial hip the day before the reunion and could not attend. He was involved in the planning of our 50th when he died. His input was greatly appreciated by the committee.
Jon left behind, Dolly, his wife of 43 years, daughters Jocelyn and Jennifer, and two grandchildren.

Its been said that many people go through life unable to hear lifes music. That was not the case with Jon. He not only heard it, he rewrote some of lifes music. He did it his way and had fun despite many health problems. I consider myself lucky to have known him! Rest in Peace old friend!
