Rochester - Eileen Marie (Decker) Kissel, age 71, of Rochester, NY died peacefully on August 28th 2021 in Danville, PA. Eileen was born in Colorado Springs, CO on November 10th 1949, the third and youngest daughter of Alan and Ruth (Agard) Decker. She was raised in Muskegon, MI, and attended Muskegon Community College before moving to Chicago to pursue modeling. Moving together to Rochester, NY in 1974, Eileen's home was enriched for many years by her husband Tom, two sons Brian C. Kissel and Jeffrey S. Kissel, and nephew Scott E. Ryan; raising all three with her whole heart.
