Devon was born September 23, 1958 at Muskogee, OK, the daughter of Bill and Joy Lee (Malinek) Frazier and died Thursday, December 8, 2016 at Tulsa, OK. On January 16, 1981 she married Allen Homer Rowell in Muskogee, OK. Devon worked as a forklift operator at Brockway Glass having started there in 1981. She loved animals, arts, crafts, sewing, quilting, spending time with family, and going to the lake with her grandkids.
Survivors include her husband, Allen, of the home; daughter, Delores Rowell; two grandchildren, Colby Rowell and Kadee Rouse; two brothers, Vance Frazier and Glenda, Verlin Frazier and Linda.
