Murder victim: A Cherokee County man was ordered to stand trial in the death of a Tahlequah woman, a prosecutor said Wednesday. Tullie Johnson Jr., 18, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of Rita Garcia, 44. Johnson also is charged with first degree burglary.
