 On September 20, 1966, a son was born to Vernon and Willie Mae Watson, in Muskogee, OK whom they named, Vernon Watson Jr. He was the second of six children. He received his formal education at Manual Training High School in Muskogee, later completing his education in California. He was a very nice, intelligent man that loved and always willing to help people. He was well liked by his friends in California. When he would call he always gave words of encouragement to his siblings. He will be well missed by all. We will always love him. On November 24, 2007, in Vallejo CA, Vernon slipped from time to eternity. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, and wife. Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter, Brooklyn Watson, of California; his mother, Willie Mae Breedlove; father, Vernon Watson Sr.; step-father, Gerald Breedlove; three sisters, Lashonda Watson, Kimberly Watson, Shirley Watson; two brothers, Cornell Watson and Thomas Watson; a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins and friends. |
