Charlie passed away in Feruary 2009 from a drug overdose in east Vancouver. He is survived by his two sisters, mother and four neices. Predeceased by his father. At the time of his passing, he had just finished three months in a rehab facility. He overdosed from heroin, morphine and crack. He had many friends at CJSS at the time he attended the school and is sadly missed by his family.
