I started working in 1972 at Lixit Corporation, I am now their sales manager.
I have been married since 1987 to Dan Wertz brother of class mate Darryl Wertz. First marriage was to Jerry Gochenouer (deceased) brother of other class mate Harry Gochenouer. (Love those younger brothers!)
We do alot of camping and have two grand children, Ashton and Nayeli.
August 18, 2009-My daughter Brenna just had her 30th birthday party and in honor of Woodstock, had a Woodstock theme. It was very fun seeing her friends dressed up in "hippie gear". She played the Woodstock music and it was a great listening to the old songs. It was like being at one of our old parties in the late 60's-early 70's, except, Dan my husband and I were the old people there. We even had Boones Farm Strawberry Hill, and a big cheap jug of red wine!
School Story:

One of my favorite memories is going to class one day and it was during spirit week. Someone had put a porta potty on the roof of the gym and the maintenance guys were trying to get it down with a lift. It missed the lift and crashed to the ground in front of everyone.
My group of friends and I were groupies for a band called Natural Selection, followed them around the school and took pictures, at the dances too. We were such nerds.
The dances at the Gym with live bands, going to the fair grounds for concerts, we truly had a wonderful experience.

Happy Birthday Old Friend, i reckon my oldest friend. Since before Kindergarten at Alta Heights, we are 69 so i am guessing 65 plus years.

My beautiful Daughter Brenna Gochenouer graduated in 1996 from Napa High. She has given me two grand children, works at Rutherford Grill and is currently enrolled in the Napa College Nursing program, she makes me very proud.

My husband Dan Wertz and I. He works at Zellers Hardware, his brother Daryl was in our class. Dan was a lowly 9th grader at the time.

Disneyland Grad night, what a trip! I had never been to Disneyland and had never flown on a plane. Who could imagine today wearing cocktail dresses to Disneyland. I remember trying to climb into the Matterhorn ride in my dress with out showing all the world what was under it. My best friend Paulette reminded me about following Paul Durbin around at the airport as we were afraid we would get lost.

Natural Selection band members from left: Neil MacDonald class of 69, John Hannaford, Class of 68 on drums, and Pat Burke class of 68. My silly friends, Paulette, Marsha, Pat, Sue and I were their groupies, followed them around and took pictures and giggled alot. Kind of embarrassing today to think about it.

Kale Barret and Dave "Narco" Snyder, I think he got the nickname because people thought he was an under cover cop when he came to school. This picture was taken in June 1967, in front of the gym.
