Ken was a Lt.Col. in the Marine Corps Reserves at the time of his death. He had joined the Air Force in 1972 and was stationed at Plattsburgh Air Force Base in NY from 1973-1977. After discharge, he got a bachelor's degree in professional aeronautics and joined the Marine Corps, in 1983 he attended Office Candidate School. He became a pilot, and flying was his passion. He was kind and thoughtful.

Kennel was my very good friend and former boarding brother. He was a very nice guy ,and anyone who got to know him, liked him. We had many fun moments together, and he will always be remembered by me. RIP my brother!
