As required in the by-laws of the Nassau Bay Homes Association, Inc. (NBHA), the annual election for it’s Board of Trustees will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2023 from 7am-7pm, and early voting on Monday, May 1st  – Thursday, May 4th  from 9am to 4 pm at the NBHA office located at 1322 Space Park Drive, Suite C119.

Three seats are open for election this year, each with a term of two years. The candidate receiving the highest number of votes, and the next highest number of votes shall be elected.

Any property owner who pays into the Nassau Bay Owners Association Inc. Lot Assessment Fund, may vote with a maximum of two votes per home. Spouses not currently named as a homeowner with Harris County Appraisal District (HCAD) will need to bring a copy of their marriage certificate.
