Graveside services for David G. Brasell will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday in Fern Park Cemetery with the Rev. Ralph Johnson officiating.  Burial will be under direction of Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home.

Brasell, 55, of Natchitoches, died Sunday, November 14, 1999, in Natchitoches Parish Hospital.

He was a native of Natchitoches and a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.  He was a Baptist and a retired millwright.

Survivors include two sons, Glenn Brasell and Gary Brasell, both of Provencal; two stepsons, Chad Hollie and Shane Hollie, both of DeRidder; three stepdaughters, Annette Harvey of Hawaii, Sherell Myers and Jessica Hollie, both of DeRidder; one sister, Dorothy J. Tyra of Shreveport; one brother, Perry L. Brasell of Minden; and several stepgrandchildren.

Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. today in the funeral home.
