Calm, cool and collected is how I would describe Gail. Gail was in my homeroom in grade ten , we stood beside one another in the class photo for Division 19. I also had a typing class with her, I remember for sure. Then she moved away at some point, to where I donnot know. According to information passed on to me, Gail had the misfortune of losing her husband in a car accident in 1982. That following year, Gail, herself had her life cut short also in a car accident. Now, my memory is not real clear as to whether Gail and her husband had any children. Perhaps someone else can fill in that information later. Gail was just 37 years old (correct me if I'm incorrect, Pat C.) So sad to know and hear that you had passed away at such a young age. You are missed.
I visited with Gail in the 1970's and she had two daughters Temple and Paige. I really lliked Gail, she was a lot of fun. I am sorry she died so young.
When I was in grade three and moved from fernie to Nelson, it was Gail who became my first friend. I will never forget how kind she was to me. I was so nervous about moving and going to a new school and she made it so much easier.
