Just a little bit about Robert (Bob) from the 1964 L. V. Rogers H. S., "The Mountaineer", Yearbook, under the Graduates section, page 51, along with his photo. If I may quote:
"R0BERT CHAMBERS--A member of the Jaycees, Bob is fond of football and hockey. He is planning on becoming an electrician after graduation."
I first got to know Bob when he was a manager in the Customer Accounting department at BC Tel. He met and married Debbie, who was working in Customer Service. They bought a home in North Vancouver and started a family there.
Bob graduated from the SFU Executive MBA program and was on his way with more senior management roles. His life and career were suddenly cut short one day when he was paying with his son is the back yard and he suffered a heart stoppage.

Rest in Peace, Bob.
May the Angels gently cradle you.

He was a great guy who we all miss.
