Being your friend was complicated. I remember the good times. You convinced me to tryout for baseball, we both played for the Lions and our team won the league 2 out of 3 years. In Hockey we were partners on defence - "I'll take the man - you get the puck" - you were a good skater and good with the puck. I never had a paper route so sometimes I helped with yours. Too often we finished the route with 1 or 2 papers left over so, we would have to back track to see who we missed. One year we went to Summer Camp at Lost Lake (near Wenatchee Wa.).
In our teens we attended a Summer School session at Concordia College (Edmonton) - all those lovely girls. We decided to add a couple of years to our ages - at least I was shaving some... . In 1962 we went to the Seattle Worlds Fair - Your aunt took us for lunch at the restaurant on the Space Needle.
In Later years we remained friends but our focus of interests went in different directions. After LVR our paths took us on different routes and we only met up a few times. Wish you were here to share in the reunion

Reading the 1962 LVR Yearbook, The Mountaineer, Mark was a member of the Boy's Team "A" Volleyball that year.
Saddened by the news of your passing, Mark. May Peace be with you.
May the Angels caress you!
Prayers,

Mark,
Being your friend was complicated. I remember the good times. You convinced me to tryout for baseball, we both played for the Lions and our team won the league 2 out of 3 years. Too often we finished the route with 1 or 2 papers left over so, we would have to back track to see who we missed. One year we went to Summer Camp at Lost Lake (near Wenatchee Wa.).

In Later years we remained friends but our focus of interests went in different directions. After LVR our paths took us on different routes and we only met up a few times. Wish you were here to share in the reunion
I'll pray that you Rest In Peace,
