Fred, I remember him in school with his nice easy smile and sort of casual manner. He appeared to be somewhat shy, to me, and at the same time confident. He looked like he could be an actor in the movies, with his good looks, style and poise.
In the Mountaineer, 1962, he was the only male student in his homeroom class picture for Grade 11's. I wondered how he liked being surrounded by all of those girls in his class.
