Elaine Procter (Williams)

I have many fond memories of Penny when we were growing up.  She was always smiling, good natured and fun.  We lost track of each other over the years, but met at a wedding shortly before she passed away.  I treasure that time we reconnected.  What a wonderful lady!  Gone too soon.
