My earliest memory of Blair Cooper was witnessing his first place win of a race swimming across the lake at Lakeside Park.  For some reason, seeing Richard Dreyfuss in a movie always reminded me of Blair.

So so sad to see my friend go so soon.  We didn't converse as much as I would have liked to as of late, but we will always remain good friends.  Played a lot of hockey together when we were kids, played in the first midget rep team ever to play in the USA "Spokane".  Way back. Will miss him dearly. Condolences to his family. - Chuck Owens

I have known Blair since Grade 3 at Hume School.  He sat behind me and I never knew what he was going to do next.  He always spoke to me and gave me a hug when we met, and lived on Third Street, just a half a block from my grandparents.  I will miss his friendship and happy smile.

Very sad to get this notification . Good guy gone too soon from a world that so badly needs good guys right now.
There is no doubt that Blair will always have fair winds and following seas on the journey through eternity.

I just got news of Blair Cooper's passing. So sorry to hear of his demise. And, my deepest condolences to his family and close friends. May he rest in peace.

I read through many of his comments to other classmates, and he really cared for so many and had such nice things to say and was so encouraging. He will be missed by so many.

Blair, you will be remembered as an Angel.
