I remeber Brian as a very friendly guy, we chummed around with Bob Zanon and I think Harry Gehrman. Brian had a great spirit, wonderful sense of humor and a ready smile. He suffered an astma  attack one evening and it scared the living daylights out of us, being young teenagers we had no clue how to respond . He was able to get to his inhaler and recovered. Lost contact with brian after graduation, like so many we went off in our own directions. Sadden my his passing. he was agood friend.

I too remember Brian as a good friend and classmate.  Very sorry to hear of his passing.

During our school years Bryan and I enjoyed sea cadets and played hockey together.  He was a goaltender.  He moved to Castlegar with his family and completed grade 12 at Stanley Humphries.  He went to Selkirk College the year the college opened 1966.

I got together with Bryan when I first moved to Vancouver in 1969.  We were good friends and shared accommodation on Barclay Street in Vancouver and then rented a penthouse in Burnaby on Nelson Street.  A lot of good times were had.

Bryan was the first of a group of friends to get marred   I was in his wedding party.  He and his wife Marge bought a house in Maple Ridge and son Stephen was born soon after.  He was working for the Royal Bank during this time.

Bryan left the bank and was a partner in a real estate company for a time until the market crashed in 1980.

Suprise again.  Bryan was the first of the group to get a divorce.  His next partner was Anne.  He had two sons, Mark and Sean.  He rejoined the Royal Bank and ended up living and working in Kamloops.

He passed away on May 1, 1998.  He was always full of fun and smiles and I miss him and his laughs and optimistic view of life.
