Tatum, William Charles; age 49; of Richmond; died Wednesday evening May 27, 2015, at home following a lengthy illness. He was born May 27, 1966, in Madison Heights the son of John Thomas and Shirley Ann (Gibbs) Tatum. His marriage to Nicole Brooks was August 26, 2000, in Riley Township. Bill was a 1984 Anchor Bay High School graduate and a member of Community Baptist Church of Richmond. He was employed as a respiratory therapist for many years before being diagnosed with Huntington’s Disease. He loved music, playing the guitar and loved the outdoors. Surviving in addition to his wife, Nicole of 14 years are their son, Joshua both of Richmond; mother, Shirley Ann Tatum of Chesterfield; two sisters, Tammy (Tommy) Spiekhout and Lisa (Neil) Spiekhout; brother, Donald (Lisa) Tatum; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, John Thomas Tatum in 2006.
