Henry was a dear friend from Kindergarten on...a wonderful person.
I first met Henry in 7th grade at Normandin. That year he found a 1955 double die cent in change. I was eventually able to buy thet coin for $15. Just about everyone I knew thought I was nuts. Over the years he would periodically ask "how is the penny doing?" Henry was always a joy to talk with.
After my wife passed away Henry took me out on his sailboat a couple of times. He was an excellent sailor and probably could get through Wood's Hole with his eyes closed. We spent a couple of nights on the boat in Vineyard Haven and I really enjoyed talking with him. He was a very smart guy and I'll miss him. May you rest in peace my friend.
Henry was agreat friend from kindergarten thru high school. Several years after school we reconnected and spent memorial weekends with our families on our boats in Cuttyhunk and Martha's Vineyard with our families. He was a fun loving guy and a good friend. Rest in peace my friend
There is no one accurate accolade that encompasses everything that Henry is. The closest I can thiink of is him as an intelligent and dedicated guy in anything he was involved in. I, as well, knew Henry since Junior High. We were teammates then in football. Like everything else, he put everything into contributing to the team 100%. God speed to you my friend. I'm sure you'll be an integral function at the Pearly Gates as as well. We'll all be in line to meet once again. God bless!

I cannot remember Henry without a smile on his face. He was unfailingly good natured and a kind soul.
