Pamela Sutak Driscoll - OBITUARY

Pamela Sutak Driscoll died on July 10, 2026 due to complications following heart surgery at the UF Health cardiac center in Jacksonville, Florida.

Pam was born on November 14, 1950 in New Britian. Pam was the daughter of Michael Sutak who died in 1957, and Gilda Vaninetti who died in 2002, both lifelong residents of New Britain. Pam graduated from Pulaski Senior High School in 1968 and was hired by the Allstate Insurance Company from an internship program at Pulaski. Pam worked her way up to become Allstate’s first female manager in Connecticut. At the time of her appointment Pam was Allstate’s youngest manager in the country. Upon retiring from Allstate with twenty-five years service, Pam and her former husband George Driscoll moved from Connecticut to Cape Cod, where they lived with their beloved labrador retrievers named Alex and Jacob who were Pam’s canine soul mates. Upon his retirement they relocated to Florida.

Pam is survived on her father’s side by her brother, Kenneth Sutak of Brooklyn, New York, and two nephews, Benjamin Sutak of Miami, Florida and Jonathan Sutak of Santa Fe, New Mexico. On her mother’s side she is survived by four first cousins, William Camosci of Cromwell, Sherrie Camosci of East Granby, Doreen Camosci Chancellor of Apex, North Carolina, and David Camosci who resides in Hawaii. Pam will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing and loving her. Her caring and thoughtfulness to others will remain in their hearts forever.
