Skluzacek, David J. age 71 of Lonsdale, passed away at his home on January 12, 2015. He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank T. and Cecelia; brother, Jerome and grandson Lukas Ceplecha. David is survived by his loving wife of 49 years Kathleen; children, Danny (Barb), Lisa Ceplecha, Tim (Lisa), Jenni (Curtis) Harkrader; grandchildren, Courtney Kotek, Erin Skluzacek, Sam, Sean, and Lily Ceplecha, Megan, and Jack Skluzacek; sister, Joanne (Jim) Smallen; nieces, nephews, Many relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 AM Thursday, January 15, 2015 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Lonsdale. A visitation will be from 4-8 PM Wednesday (1/14) at the White Funeral Home 201 5th Ave., Lonsdale (507-744-2368) and 1 hr. prior to Mass at the funeral home. Private interment at a later date.
