Douglas Tomlinson Epps, Jr., 57, of 150 Miller Road, Roebuck, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2011, at his home, after an extended battle with cancer. Born March 11, 1954, he was the son of Douglas Tomlinson Epps, Sr. and the late Mildred Cantrell Epps of New Zion, and husband of Betsy Chester Epps of the home.

Doug was a faithful member of Mt. Calvary Presbyterian Church where he served as a deacon, elder, and Sunday School teacher.

In addition to his father and wife, survivors include sons, Steven Epps (Rachel) of Mt. Pleasant, SC, and Mike Epps (Elizabeth) of Spartanburg, SC; his sister, Beth Abel Wilson (Jack) of Williamston, SC; and a granddaughter that was to be born September.
