
July 15, 1944 - January 25, 2002. A funeral service for Robert R. Rosie) Heightshoe, 57, of Newark, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, at Brucker & Kishler Funeral ome, with the Rev. Robert Knox officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Heightshoe, who retired after 35 years in Owens Corning's shipping department, died January 25, 2002, at Selma Markowitz Care Center. He was born July 15, 1944, in Newark, to the late Harold Heightshoe Sr. and Anna (Stricklin) Heightshow.
He is survived by his wife, Linda (Walker) Heightshoe of Newark; a daughter, Amanda "Mandy" Heightshoe of Newark; sister, Roberta (Don) Jurden of Newark; brother, Harold (Jean) Heightshoe of Newark; sister-in-law, Pat Walker of Newark; brothers-in-law, Harry Flora) Walker and Robert (Diana) Flanagan of St. Louisville; nieces, nephews; and step-mother, Louise Heightshoe of Newark.

He was my cousin, but I never knew him until 1999 when I attended a Heightshoe reunion. He seemed like a kind man with a gentle soul. I wish I would have known him sooner. He is missed by his friends and family. Betty Whyde McIntosh
