NEWARK — A funeral service for Patrick E. Nemeth, 53, of Newark, will be held Friday, June 26, 2009 at 3 p.m. in the Newark Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, with Minister Midge Foucht officiating.
Mr. Nemeth died Sunday, June 21, 2009, at the Selma Markowitz Care Center. He was born April 12, 1956, in Newark, to the late Gabor Nemeth and Mildred Bea (Untied) Nemeth of Buckeye Lake.
Mr. Nemeth was a former employee of Walker Manufacturing. He was a 1974 graduate of Newark High School. He was baptized and attended Blessed Sacrament Church. He was a member of the Newark Chapter, Independent Bikers Association and the APA League. He was a former member of the Newark Druid’s. Pat’s outgoing personality never let him meet a stranger. He enjoyed the outdoors; gardening, fishing and mushroom hunting were many of his activities. He was referred to as the family “Chef” because of his love for cooking.
He is survived by his mother; a daughter, Tiffany A. Nemeth, of Rockledge, Fla.; stepson, Tony (Devin) Carson; stepdaughter, Charla Miracle; granddaughter, Queen Angel Makenna Saunders; sister, Midge Foucht ,of Buckeye Lake; brothers, Carl A. Nemeth, of Newark, and James E. (Lucinda) Nemeth, of Heath; several loving nieces, nephews; pets, Boomer and Mittens.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Angelica Nicole Nemeth, in December 2006.
Calling hours will be observed Friday from 1 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home 1850 W. Main St.
