PATRICIA "PATTY" FINNERTY

A Mass of Christian Burial for Patricia "Patty" (nee, Finnerty) Klonowski, age 44, of Euclid, will be 10 a.m. Friday at St. Helen's Catholic Church, 12060 Kinsman Road, Newbury.

Miss Klonowski passed away Aug. 30, 2009, in Euclid.

She was a longtime Newbury Township resident, graduating from Newbury High School before moving to Euclid.

Patty was a former member of St. Helen's Early Morning Risers Church Choir. She collected bells and mugs, enjoyed cooking, baking and fishing and was an animal lover. Patty was a dedicated and loving mother who volunteered countless hours to her children's activities, especially the Euclid High School Band Boosters. She will be remembered for her upbeat personality, especially her incredible laugh.

Survivors include her children, Adam Klonowski and Samantha Klonowski, both of Euclid; her mother, Jean Finnerty (nee, Grabowski) of Aurora; father, Farrell P. (Sheila) Finnerty of Newbury; siblings, Maureen (Timothy) Brown of Newbury, Kathy (Ray) Deptola of Hartsgrove, Terrence (Laura) Finnerty of Seven Hills, Shawn (Christy) Finnerty of West Farmington and Colleen (David) Lair of Newbury; nieces and nephews, Jenny, Jessica, Jimmy, Logan, Kelly, Ryan, Trenton, Dawson, Madison, Billy, Missy and Stef; great-niece, Fiona; former husband, Michael Klonowski of Euclid; and her canine friend, Angel.

Family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Sam Ritondaro Funeral Home, 126 South Street, Chardon. Burial will take place at Munn Road Cemetery in Newbury Township following the Mass.

Contributions in Patty's memory may be made to the Adam and Samantha Klonowski Fund at any local First Merit Bank.
