Have lived in Newport Beach for all of my 66 years, having only lived in three houses..My mother's home til marriage in 1964..Costa Mesa til 1969 and now in Corona del Mar. All children happily married. We have 10 grandchildren. We are born again believers and all live within driving distance of an hour or less. This year Doug and I will celebrate our 46th Anniversary. God is good. Looking forward to seeing some of you at the reunion.
Taught Jr High P.E. after UCLA graduation in 1964 at Horace Ensign in N.Beach..Quit in 1967 to raise our two boys and one daugter. Active at St.Andrews Presbyterian until 1972 when we joined the hippies at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa with Pastor Chuck Smith (He is still there teaching at 83 years and so are we) Doug and I teach Sunday School..along with an after school Christian club in a public school in Santa Ana. I have been involved with mission trips to China, Africa, Ukraine, Mexico,etc. ministering to Aids victims and the persecuted church. Did neighborhood Child Evangelism Good News Clubs for 20 plus years..and trained teachers all over the world. All of this is really done by HIM not me...Currently really really busy in the Autistic World, having grandsons with Aspbergers and Autism ...What a joy to work with these special needs kids...Also care for my 90 year old Mom who is quite healthy..no meds..no doctors.. and still lives in her home with one great grandson near Har.bor High. Lord willing I will follow in her footsteps for all the family enjoys her immensely.
