My early memories of Suzy were when she, Judy Montgomery DeWitt and I were in “Miss Penny’s” dance classes. She was so adorable. She had to be Miss Penny’s” Shirley Temple”. Later, when we were sophomores in high school and I found out she and Bob were going to get married, I was in shock. Who thinks about marriage at that age? How would they ever get by? Then, I watched as she and Bob completed their high school education with night classes, reared their children and kept their marriage in tack until their untimely death.  I think that is remarkable and I am glad she was able to be with us at our 20 year reunion.
