Favorite hobby or thing you do to "de-stress" ?

Running and triathlon. Doug and I both completed Ironman Louisville on August 29, 2010 and are hoping to attempt Ironman Wisconsin next year. I also love to cook and knit, but don't have much time for those things right now.

Any words of wisdom or "deep thoughts" you would like to share ?

I will not be able to attend the reunion because of a work trip. I'm sorry to miss seeing everyone and I hope that you all post lots of photos of the fun.
