My dear brother, Mitch Allen, passed away this afternoon from a series of COVID-induced strokes. Our family plans to have a celebration of life at a later date. It will be a virtual service to keep everyone safe and allow all to attend regardless of location. To the one who shared my childhood, and adulthood, let me name your third son, and grieved with me when we lost our Dad: I don't even have the words to express how much I love you and will miss you. You leave a hole in my heart that no one will ever be able to fill. I know Mama Sissy was waiting right there to guide you. You took a piece of my soul with you today. The world will be less without you in it.
