David G. Renftle, Federal bank emplooyee
David G. Renftle, 37, a Cleveland resident who had lived in North Ridgeville, died Monday at his home.
Born in Cleveland, he was raised in North Ridgeville and lived in Cleveland for the past few years.
He was a graduate of North Ridgeville High School.
Mr. Renftle worked for 19 years at the Federal Reserve Bank in Cleveland.
He enjoyed motorcycles, reading and collecting Warner Brothers paraphernalia.
Survivors include his close friend, Inge Gorski of Cleveland, his mother, Loretta Grasser of Rocky River; brothers Dan of Strongsville and Dennis of North Ridgeville; sisters, Dena Renftle of Seville, and Diane Judy of North Ridgeville, several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his father, David, in 1986, and his paternal grandmother, Gertrude Schneider, in 1990
Friends may call 2 to 4 and from 7 p.m. until time of service at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville.
The Rev. Judith Tesserand, pastor of First Congregational United Chursh of Christ in North Ridgeville, will officiate.
Private burial will be in Fields Cemetery, North Ridgeville.
The Cuyahoga County Coroner will rule on the cause of death.
