North Royalton Class of 1969 John Poston Chaplain John Poston, went to be with the Savior, Jesus Christ, on February 23, 2013. He is survived by his beloved wife, Jean; son and daughter-in-law, Abraham and Trina, and their children Abraham and Mailey; daughter, Grace; and mother, Elma Pastor in Cleveland, OH. John was preceded in death by his father, Jack Dempsey Poston. Christ allowed him to serve as a Chaplain and Colonel in the US Air Force and at the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans. Friends may visit with his family on Wednesday, February 27, from 6-7:30 PM at Heritage Life Story Funeral Home - Van Strien Creston Chapel, 1833 Plainfield NE. His funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 28 at 10 AM at Calvary Church, 707 East Beltline NE. Internment in Fort Custer National Cemetery.
