Anthony Goins, a machinist's mate from Bluefield, Va., is expected to be sentenced for the murder of Iris Stevens at a military court­martial Tuesday at Great Lakes. Stevens, 31, left a friend's apartment in Waukegan the night of Sept. 25 in search of cocaine, the friend said. Stevens met Goins shortly after midnight at a Waukegan bowling alley, and they took a cab back to Great Lakes, authorities said.
