WINTER

Betty Jean (Franklin) - Peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family, on Saturday January 2, 2010, Betty Winter of Aylmer in her 60th year. Beloved wife of Gary. Dear mother of Dianne Ouellette (Stephane), Rob Parkhill (Jana), Steve Parkhill (Kendra) and Michael Winter and Sherry Winter (Mic). Also survived by her grandchildren who brought her endless joy, Kyle, Brittany, Josslyn, Jacob and Joey. Lovingly remembered by her mother Fredda McKie (Jack) and sisters Barbara Desplenter (George) Gay Franklin (Mike) and Gloria Helmeczy (Joe) and brother Bill Franklin. Predeceased by her father Ross Franklin (1980). Betty graduated with honours as a Certified Clinical Herbal Practitioner in 1998 and  spent the last decade helping  and healing her many friends and clients.

                        We are so proud of you.

Special thanks to the Fab 4 and her other loving colleagues, thanks to  Dr. Michael Ott her surgeon for going above and beyond to care for her  and nurses Julie and Trudie for their compassionate care. A memorial to celebrate Betty's love and life will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church, Main Street, Norwich on Saturday, January 9, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Knox Presbyterian Church, Norwich or Pets and  Friends For Life Animal Adoption Center, St. Thomas.
