Mark Brown

Mark Christian Brown, 47, died peacefully in his sleep on Sept. 2, 2006 in Everett. He was born on June 9, 1959 in China Lake, Calif., to Billy Lee and Paula H. Brown. Mark moved to Oak Harbor with his parents in 1963 and attended Oak Harbor schools, graduating with the class of 1978. Mark spent time in Arlington and Stanwood and had been a resident of Everett for the past 20 years. Mark had a great mechanical talent and could fix anything and owned and operated his own handyman service. He enjoyed music, computers, automotive work, camping and photography. Mark is survived by his parents, Billy Lee and Paula Brown of Oak Harbor and by one brother, William K. Brown and wife Sheri of Richardson, Texas. Also surving are two uncles, Roger Brown and wife Helon of San Angelo, Texas and Robert Brown of Fort Worth, Texas and numerous cousins. He will be greatly missed by his family and his many friends in the Everett area. Cremation was held with private family inurnment. Private family memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Burley Funeral Chapel, Oak Harbor.

Rebecca Laguana (McHugh)

I remember Mark in our high school days. He was nice, yet shy but friendly and approachable. My schools years are the only memories I have and just wanted his family to know he was remebered.
