BOOTH, Alan Denis, In San Mateo Co., Dec 2, 1969, beloved son of Mr. and Mrs. Dana S. Booth; loving brother of Lawrence, Melodie and David Booth, all of Oakland and Philip Booth of Pinole. A native of San Francisco; aged 22 years. Past Pres. of Pre-Med Society, U.C. and U.C. Graduating Class of 1969.

Friends are invited to attend funeral services Friday, Dec. 5, at 10 a.m. at McNARY CHAPEL, 3030 Telegraph Ave., one block south of Ashby, Berkeley, Rev. Kerby Lauderdale officiating.
