I was in Viet Nam at the same time in my first tour of duty.Ray was a great guy! I wish I would have known about his passing, I would have traced his name when I was at the wall in Washington D.C. I will miss you RAY!

I did find Ray's name on the wall in Washington.  Ray was a great guy and I have happy thoughts of high school together.

I sure enjoyed Ray.  Visited his home one day, half way between Grand Lake theatre and Oakland Ave.  Ray grew up in a very nice house that was just missed by the freeway they built.  I have talked with others that have seen his name on the Wall.  Talk about a guy that was full of being a good guy....Ray Davis.  I heard he got hit getting of a bus by a truck, though I have no way of knowing is that is the truth.  He was in Viet Nam at the time.

The ultimate sacrifice. I can't imagine anything so unselfish. A million cheers for Ray. Of course our leadership at that time could have found a better cause in which to sacrifice so many young people.
