Robert was born on October 8, 1947 and passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2017.

Robert was a resident of Mechanicsville, Virginia at the time of passing.

Bob served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War, also serving in Japan, England and the Pentagon.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, at the Mechanicsville Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home, 8014 Lee-Davis Rd., where services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 12, 2017. Military honors, with interment, will be rendered in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 4600 Cox Rd., Suite 130, Glen Allen, Va.
