Wendell Landry has offered his lake house between East Lake Weir and Weirsdale (just north of Kiwanis Beach).  This would be a more casual event than a banquet hall.

We would need to rent a tent, tables, chairs, etc. and have it catered (Dodge Schwartsburg might be a possibility). Wendell can supply beverages and bartenders through his restaurant.

There is plenty of room on his beach for a band, dancing, and conversation.

Kiwanis Beach can be rented for parking and there is also room along the street.
