Ronald E. Kuenstler, 68, Olympia, WA, passed away on March 17, 2009, at Mother Joseph Care Center.
Ronald was born in Stamford, Texas, in 1940 to Ed and Mertice Kuenstler.
Ron graduated from the University of Texas in Arlington in 1963 with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology. After spending two years of active duty in the Army at Fort Lawton in Seattle, he attended the University of Washington and received his J.D. Degree in Law.
Ron was an avid reader and thoroughly enjoyed all types of music. During the last forty years, he especially enjoyed hiking, climbing, coaching and playing soccer, and most recently, RV trips.
Ron is survived by his wife, Barbara; sons, Jim and Devin; three grandsons, Dayton, Mason and Derek; father, Ed and stepmother, Irene.
Ron was preceded in death by his mother, Mertice.
The family will have a gathering of family and friends at a future date.
