   Amarillo - Mark Allen Hill, 37, of Amarillo, died Monday, Aug. 23, 1999.
  
   Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in Fairview Cemetery at
   Midland with Donny Weimar of Tanglewood Church of Christ officiating.
   Arrang   ements are by Ellis Funeral Home of Midland.
  
   Mr. Hill was born in Amarillo.
   
   Survivors include a brother, Mike Hill of Gardendale; and his
   stepfather, Carroll Pursley of Midland; three nephews; and a niece.
