ODESSA Tory Layne Foote, 49, slipped peacefully from this world into the arms of his Savior, on Nov. 22, 2009, surrounded by his family.
He is survived by his wife Rachel Foote; parents, Charles and Allene Foote; daughters, Morgan Shea Foote, Brandi Sue Foote; sister, Lori Missy Foote Peterson; niece, Mandy Peterson; nephew, Robert Peterson and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was a Baptist.
Graduating from Permian High School in 1978, Tory began working in the oilfield. He was an avid Cowboy fan and a member of the Odessa Area Pool League Association.
Tory was a prankster and was loved by many - he will be missed.
Family visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2009, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2009, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Gardens.
