Alan was perhaps my best friend! We would spend hours together doing silly stuff, including playing Risk well into the night on many occasions. He'll be missed!
Alan was a good friend after the high school years. There were several of us that would get together at my house and party into the night. I even remember a few times at his house listening to DEVO. He was a DEVO fanatic. He had a few personal "phrases" and mannerisms that still stick in my mind. If you knew him you know what I'm talking about.
He was a neat guy. We had the best time in Spanish class, along with Kathy Morris and Wayne Squiers. We were stuck with a bus with a bad tire and all of us had to sit two to a seat on the left side of the bus while it was being driven about 35 miles an hour, half in a lane and half on the shoulder. We thought we'd never get home from that trip to Chihuahua, Mexico. I miss you Alan.

I really enjoyed hanging with Alan and Mike Nelson, partying at the little house and going to Terlingua, playing Chocolate Cake Foosball.Robbi Morris
