Richard David Voke

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH Richard David Voke, 51, of Salt Lake City, Utah, passed away peacefully in his sleep of natural causes on Jan. 25, 2013, in Salt Lake City.

Private services for the family will be held in Florida.

Mr. Voke was born Aug. 7, 1961, in El Paso, Texas. He was a 1979 graduate of Permian High School and a 1983 graduate of the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. Prior to moving to Salt Lake City, he previously lived in Plano, Texas; London, England; Atlanta and Chicago. He was preceded in death by his dad Richard Bruce Voke.

Survivors include his wife, Lori Voke of Salt Lake City; son, Ryan Voke of California; daughter, Lauren Voke of Salt Lake City; his mother, Ethel Voke of Plantation, Florida; brother, Martin Voke of Miramar, Florida; sister-in-law, Connie Voke of Miramar, Florida; niece and nephew, Alexis and Ben Voke of Miramar, Florida; brother-in-law, Randy Woodruff of Odessa; niece and nephew, Randall Woodruff of Odessa; Marchelle Farrell of Odessa; and sister-in-law, Billie Sue Shanahan/husband Patrick Shanahan of Clermont, Florida.
