Curtis Dale Branum
August 1, 1963 - May 11, 2024

Curtis Dale Branum, a resident from McKinney, Texas, passed away on May 11, 2024, at the age of 60. He was born on August 1, 1963, in Cisco, Texas, to Kenneth Rodgers Branum and Billie Jean (Hawkins) Branum. Curtis graduated from Permian High School in Odessa, Texas, laying the foundation for a life filled with purpose and dedication.

On January 14, 1993, he embarked on a beautiful journey of companionship, exchanging vows with the love of his life, Pamela Kaye Ryon, in McKinney. Their life together was filled with enduring love, unwavering support and cherished memories.

Curtis dedicated 32 years of his life to AT&T, serving as a Technical Manager until his well-deserved retirement. His commitment and expertise left an indelible mark on his colleagues and the company alike.

In the tapestry of his life, Curtis found joy in the simplest of pleasures. His love for music, television, and the warmth of family gatherings illuminated his days. Above all, he cherished the moments spent with his grandchildren, finding comfort and delight in their presence. Curtis will be remembered as a devoted husband, loving father, doting grandfather, and beloved brother.  He will be missed dearly by those who knew and loved him.

Curtis is survived by his beloved wife, Pamela Branum of McKinney, Texas; son, Curtis Branum, also of McKinney, Texas; daughters, Miranda Henderson of Whitesboro, Texas; mother, Billie Jean Branum of Waco, Texas; sister, Cindy Autry, also of Waco, Texas; grandson, Ronin Branum of McKinney, Texas; granddaughters, Billie Branum of McKinney, Texas, Sophia Carey, and Brooklyn Johnson, both of Whitesboro, Texas; and numerous other loving family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Branum; grandmother, Opal Hawkins; and loving dog pal, Theo.
