Dillard, Steven Ray, age 69, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Monday, October 24, 2016. He was born in Midland, Texas on December 19, 1946 to the late Jewell Argus and Harriett Vonzell Dillard (nee Walker). Steven served his country for 20 years, serving in the United States Army. He was a devout follower of the Christian faith his entire life and served his life for the Lord. On June 23, 2001 in Cincinnati he married Elizabeth Heidi and together they enjoyed life.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his sisters, Sharon Jackson, and Cecilia Turlington. Steven is survived by his beloved wife of 15 years, Elizabeth Dillard (nee Heidi); his daughter, Alyse (Billy) Richardson; his granddaughter, Annabella Richardson; his sister, Deborah (Richard) Tolar ; and a host of other family members and friends.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2016 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Western Hills Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. Funeral Ceremony will be held at 11:00 am Friday, October 28, 2016 at the Bridgetown Church of Christ, 3854 Race Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211, with a visitation preceding the service from 10:00 am - 11:00 am. Interment at St. Joseph Cemetery - Old.
