Janet Kay Lee, 78, of Odessa, Texas, passed away on September 30, 2025 in Salado, Texas. Janet was born in Midland, Texas on August 22, 1947 to the late Roy Raymond and Jewell Dowell. She graduated from Odessa High School. She was preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Joseph Gary Lee, her parents, and her brother, Ronald Dowell.

Janet's faith and her family were the cornerstones of her life. She worked as an Executive Director of Home Interiors for many years. She enjoyed family, friends, food, gardening, bird watching, decorating and her pets. She is survived by her son, William Todd Combest and his wife, Elizabeth and step-daughter Sheri Woods. Granddaughters, Lindsey and Jordan Woods, Kaylee and Madison Combest and many other friends and family.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, October 13, 2025 at Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors, 4635 Oakwood Drive Odessa, Texas 79761.
